This FAQ describes how Blocksfinity products work as of the date above. It is informational only. It is not a contract, not a warranty, not legal advice, not financial advice, and not a promise of uptime, delivery speed, or any particular blockchain result.
If anything in this FAQ conflicts with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Platform Rules, those documents control. The English text of those documents is binding even if you change the interface language.
The website and related services are operated by RORO Technology LLC, doing business as Blocksfinity.
1. What this FAQ is
We publish this page so store listings, in-app help, and support answers stay aligned with the product. We do not invent features here. If a feature is assembling, delayed, or not open, this FAQ says so.
2. What Blocksfinity is
Blocksfinity is a non-custodial block explorer and wallet toolkit for the Vaulta blockchain, formerly known as EOS, and related Antelope networks. You can search accounts, blocks, and transactions. When you connect a compatible wallet, you can use wallet-connected tools such as transfers, RAM, CPU and NET resources, staking and REX, voting and proxies, keys and permissions, multisig, contract actions, and account alerts.
Nothing on Blocksfinity is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Displayed balances, history, and chain metrics may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Independently verify important information before you sign anything.
3. Keys, custody, and recovery
Blocksfinity does not custody tokens, control your wallet, or collect private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords. Connecting a wallet does not create a custody, brokerage, exchange, or money-transmission relationship.
Blocksfinity cannot reverse blockchain transactions, restore lost keys, reset a forgotten Authenticator password, recover a lost passkey, or undo a mistaken transfer. Permanent key or access loss is part of self-custody. That is not a product defect.
Recovery means proving an existing on-chain authority and rebuilding day-to-day access. Open Recover and use a path you already prepared: Recover:
- reconnect a synced or local passkey when the on-chain WebAuthn key still matches a passkey this device or platform holds (no transaction);
- sign in with Blocksfinity Authenticator or another wallet that still controls the account, then register a fresh passkey if you use passkeys;
- enter the offline owner (recovery) private key you saved when the account was created.
Production sign-in uses Blocksfinity Authenticator, Anchor, TokenPocket, MetaMask, or a passkey when enabled. We do not ask for seed phrases in production. Jungle4 testnet sign-in can accept a testnet private key. Never paste a mainnet or production private key into a testnet form. Jungle4 tokens have no value.
4. Blocksfinity Authenticator
Blocksfinity Authenticator is a separate signing vault at auth.blocksfinity.com. It is not the explorer and not a custodial wallet. On first use it asks you to create a vault: it encrypts your keys with a master password on that device.
There is no way to reset that password. It is not stored anywhere, and nobody, including Blocksfinity, can recover it. If you forget it, the keys in that vault are gone. The master password must be at least 16 characters. Write it down somewhere safe before you continue.
Use Authenticator to sign in to Blocksfinity and to approve transactions you review in your wallet prompts. Never share the master password, private keys, or recovery material with anyone claiming to represent Blocksfinity.
5. Creating an account
Create account. Open Create account. Two product paths exist:
- Paid: $0.99 through BlocksfinityCreate. Full ownership immediately. No KYC. Save the recovery phrase and private key shown at create. Blocksfinity never sees or stores those keys.
- Free: Identity Inc. Verify email and phone, complete KYC with Shufti Pro, pick a name, save your owner key, then bind and unlock. Blocksfinity stores attestations and DIDs, not passport images. Identity approval can expire if you wait. Free creates and KYC starts are rate-limited.
6. Passkeys
When passkeys are enabled, you can register a WebAuthn passkey under Keys & Permissions for biometric day-to-day sign-in. A passkey is backed by a WebAuthn key on chain. It does not replace your offline owner key. Passkeys can be tied to this device and your platform account if synced. Clearing site data, switching browsers without sync, or losing the device can lock you out of passkey login. Keep at least one other path. Linux and some Firefox builds have no built-in passkey. Use a USB security key, a password manager that supports passkeys, or skip passkeys and import a saved key into Blocksfinity Authenticator or another wallet. Blocksfinity cannot reset a passkey.
Safe Mode
Safe Mode adds a wait before your everyday active key can finish a send. You do not need a new key. Sign in with owner on Wallet, Security and choose how many minutes a send must wait. Then sign in with active, send from Transfer as usual, and confirm Schedule send. After the wait, open Multisig and tap Execute. That is when the send goes through.
The wait covers sends of A and of tokens on the standard token contract, plus staking, REX, RAM, PowerUp, voting, contract uploads, and name bids. Two things to plan for. Key and permission changes need your owner key, and while Safe Mode is on active cannot change keys at all, so keep your offline owner key safe and reachable. Resource top-ups are scheduled too, so an account that runs out of CPU, NET, or RAM needs owner to sign the top-up. If your active key is stolen, sign in with owner and use Panic recovery. It replaces the active key and cancels every approval the account has given.
Private mode
Private mode hides this account in Blocksfinity search, leaderboards, and public profile details. The Vaulta chain stays public. Anyone who already knows the account name can still look it up here or on any other explorer, and transfers stay visible to anyone who queries the network directly. Private mode does not hide anything on the blockchain.
Private mode is only available after Identity Inc. verifies you. If you already hold an account, verify that same account at /identity/attach. Creating a new free name does not cover an account you already have, and the $0.99 path skips that check until you verify. We keep a link from the account to that verification so fraud and money laundering reviews can still reach you. Blocksfinity does not store your ID documents. Turning private mode on or off needs a wallet signature.
7. Stake & Earn (REX)
Stake & Earn. Open Stake & Earn to use REX. You can lend liquid A, or lend staked CPU and NET as A without waiting 3 days to unstake. Staked amounts on that tab are shown as A. Yield is measured from actual pool growth. It is not a guaranteed rate. Lent A goes into savings, where it keeps earning. To take it out, move it from savings. That starts a wait of about 21 days, and moving does not add extra yield. Unlend when the wait ends. If the pool cannot pay at once, the sell waits in a queue. You can also rent CPU from the pool.
8. Account alerts
Account alerts are free. The in-app inbox is the source of truth. Email, Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp are optional mirrors. Delivery usually lands within about a minute of the cron tick after confirmed history. Alerts are not an instant client ping and not a safeguard. An alert tells you something happened. It cannot stop it.
Subscribe asks for a short wallet signature that proves you control the account. It is not broadcast and cannot move funds. We never require your private key or seed for alerts. If you get an unexpected alert, treat your keys as compromised and rotate them from Wallet, Keys & Permissions. The full alerts FAQ lives on the Alerts page.
Slack: a workspace owner must add Blocksfinity Alerts. Slack does not let ordinary members install apps that are not listed in the Slack Marketplace. After the app is in the workspace, prove ownership on Alerts, generate a code, and DM the app: link YOURCODE. Blocksfinity cannot install the app for you and cannot recover Slack access if you lose the workspace. Blocksfinity Alerts for Slack.
9. BlocksfinityDex
BlocksfinityDex is assembling. The rails are live. Trading is not open yet, and referral attribution is not live either. Do not rely on DEX links, store copy, or in-app buttons as a live trading venue.
10. Payments and purchases
Some website features accept card or PayPal (for example advertise, donate, and paid account create). On the native iOS and Android shells those checkouts open in the system browser, not as Apple or Google in-app purchases. Blocksfinity does not sell A for fiat on the Buy A page. That page lists third-party exchanges. Blocksfinity does not operate those exchanges and does not custody funds you send there.
11. iOS and Android apps
The Blocksfinity iOS and Android apps are a native shell around the live website at www.blocksfinity.com. They are not a separate custodial product. Offline use is limited. Links to other https sites open in the system browser. Face ID or similar biometrics, when used, are for device passkeys, not because Blocksfinity holds a backup of your keys.

Support cannot restore lost keys, forgotten Authenticator passwords, lost passkeys, or on-chain mistakes. Use Recover only with a path you already set up. The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, as stated in those Terms.
